Fully paid training: Our trainers will train you with the tools to be successful including a comprehensive, up to date compliance and state regulations that you will need to be successful.
We look for candidates that are well spoken, have had past sales or call center experience, can work independently and who are problem solvers.
Compensation Plan: Don’t settle for just a straight hourly rate! NCB not only offers a base salary that ranges from $12.00 - $14.50 an hour based on experience, but we also put in place a weekly commission plan, a monthly bonus plan, team incentives.
Hours of Operation: NCB operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and we ensure our team has the ability to work “Split-Shifts” which allows the flexibility you need not only to be successful at NCB but to have the “Work-Life” balance that we all desire. Normal weekly schedule would require you to only work two late nights a week.

Paid Four Week Training program:
New employees will undergo a fully paid orientation and training program which includes company culture, benefit plans, policies and procedures, collection techniques, industry compliance, our computer system, and any client requirements.
Primary Job Function
Communicate with consumers in regards to the repayment of their delinquent debt.
Achieve assigned goals
Make required number of phone calls daily as determined by management
Review financial information with consumers to assist in determining the best re-payment options. Update demographic and financial information on each call.
Perform skip tracing to locate consumers
Effectively communicate with third parties to obtain location information
Ensure all accounts are worked within client standards and Federal regulations
Maintain clear, concise and accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications
Skills/Qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or GED
Third-party collections experience a plus
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Oral and written communication skills
Sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
High level of Critical Thinking ability
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows/PC experience
Knowledge of basic Social Media Sites and familiarity with Internet
Basic keyboarding skills
Clean background required in order to obtain mandatory license for collecting.
Strong verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills
Ability/willingness to meet aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals
Ability/willingness to work flexible day, evening and weekend hours as required
Experience with internet search engines
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing collections including FDCPA, Privacy Act and FCRA is preferred but not necessary
