Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter Purpose:

The HR Administrative Assistant will coordinate and implement general HR services, policies, and programs and will be primarily focused on recruiting, screening, interviewing and working with senior operations management to hire new staff for NCB Management Services, Inc. The HR Administrative Assistant will work in collaboration with the company’s other HR Generalists and will report to NCB’s senior HR Generalist as well as to the site Operations Manager.

Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter Job Duties:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including but not limited to; screening applications and resumes for department leaders, presenting offers, initiating pre-employment processing and final onboarding processing.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive resolution and prioritize multiple tasks.

Proven ability to effectively work in a detailed, fact based environment.

Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and recommends action plans

Resolve employee relation issues, which include coaching and counseling staff and management, guiding disciplinary action, and handling employee complaints

Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation ensuring consistent application of policy.

Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding a wide variety of issues (FMLA, benefits, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, company policies, worker compensation etc.)

Effectively communicate in a professional manner via formal written and verbal means to all levels of management.

Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency

Customer focused with the ability to function with a high sense of urgency.

Education and Experience:

Minimum HS diploma or equivalent

Must have 3+ years in successful recruiting, on-boarding strategies.

Must have 3 years prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist

Experience recruiting in the ARM (Account Receivables Management) Industry is a plus.
